open_basedir

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I'm getting an exception because open_basedir is enabled:

2018 2 16, 12:14 pm > ERROR > mithra62\BackupPro\ErrorHandler\ErrorException: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/user/:/var/www/:/
tmp:/usr/share/php/) in /var/www/packages/backup_pro/libraries/vendor/monolog/monolog/src/Monolog/Handler/StreamHandler.
php:155 Stack trace: #0 [internal function]: mithra62\BackupPro\ErrorHandler->handleError(2, 'is_dir(): open_...', '/var/www', 155,

Have tried setting relative path such as ./backup etc, but no joy.

Any suggestions on how this can work without disabling open_basedir?
