Repeated items disappear when edited.

I encountered a strange phenomenon.
After editing a block a few times, the repeated items disappear.
Please see the attached video for details.
In a different environment, I updated the Block Designer Pro version to 3.1.0, but the same phenomenon still occurs.
Could you please help me with this matter?

Sorry for the trouble.
It appears that this was an effect of the browser extension the tester was using.
