Setting up a site with multiple sections, each with their own Page Type, that will have "blog" type pages added to them frequently. The add/edit functions will be performed by non-techies.
This add-on made it so easy - I just created a "hidden" page for each section such as "Project Admin", "Blog Admin", and the like, and added the Blog Author Hub block to each for their respective Page Types. Now the site owner can just bookmark the "Admin" pages and add/edit/duplicate/delete pages directly from there.
