Good morning,
I tried to make a payment for the purchase of 99 licenses cookies.
The system tells me:
"Our credit card processing service ran into an error while trying to run your card:
This transaction cannot be processed."
I checked with my bank that my credit card is functioning properly.
I kindly ask you to verify the reason for the malfunction.

I installed "Cookies Disclosure" on a project; I think everything is ok but not working.

You have enabled the disclosure in the dashboard settings and cleared the cache? If so, and still not functioning, please provide a login and will take a look.

I did several tests; the problem occurs when I change the text of the
field "message" by replacing the text:
"This site uses cookies to Enhance your browsing experience. You may
block or delete cookies but aspects of this website may not work. For
more information please refer to our [url] privacy policy [/ url]"
with
"I cookie ci aiutano ad erogare servizi di qualità. Utilizzando i nostri
servizi, l'utente accetta le nostre modalità d'uso dei cookie
[url]Maggiori informazioni[/url]"

Furthermore the residence time set to 0 seems not to function.

Can I suggest you PM Franz (@frz) who will be able to answer your query. Alternatively, if you have not been charged for the transaction then have you considered trying the purchase again - I imagine it could have been a temporary system glitch?
