Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When I enable Canada Post Shipping my site suddenly becomes very slow. What's wrong?
A: The Canada Post Shipping address communicates with a Canada Post server at the following URL: http://sellonline.canadapost.ca:30000. Some hosting companies block access to port 30000, which means every request made to the Canada Post server will fail after a long timeout. You will need to contact your hosting company and request that access to port 30000 be allowed.
