  1. install 
  2. in "Pickup Postcode" put in a valid Australian postcode which corresponds to the address that you will be sending the parcels from.
  3. optionally define a markup as a percentage (include % sign to activate this) or as a fixed amount (number only) which is added to the whole shipping calculation.  This markup is invisible to your customers.
  4. If any of your products are likely to be missing values for weight, length, width or height, place useful defaults here to avoid incorrect calculations.  Whatever values you put here are applied using the units for each product.  If a product does not have weight units defined, kilograms are used.  If a product does not have dimension units defined, cm are used.
  5. Choose a default product type, otherwise "Carton" is used.
  6. This addon only works for Australian addresses, so in the settings page limit it to only Australia in the "Shipping Available to" selection area.
  7. (optional) to set up so that you can specify different product/package types on a per-product basis, create a product select attribute with the handle "ego_type" and any or all of the following options: Carton, Pallet, Skid, Parcel, Satchel/Bag, Crate, Tube, Large Carton, Heavy Carton, Wheel/Tyre, Flat Pack Small, Flat Pack Large, Length/Roll under 1m, Length/Roll 1-2m, Length/Roll 2-3m, Bulky Item, Bulky Item VeryLarge.
