Hi I have just installed Elemental Cloner

If I create my own new pages the theme works

If I choose the pages that came with the full elemental install of Concrete I get error messages on all the pre installed pages.

Hello,

The error message you provided is truncated so it's hard to tell but the error seems to come from the page_title block not from my package and not from Elemental.

Maybe you have an override in application\blocks\page_title\view.php that comes from an older version of concrete and is incompatible with PHP 8?

Without the full error message, I'm afraid that's all I can say. I hope it helps.

It was a clean new install of 9.1.3.

The only thing I did was to install Elemental cloner, clone the template and the errors were there. If I add new pages then the new pages work, but the old pages from the Elemental install show the error.

I am not a programmer so I cannot copy with such situations, I will just give up and go back to the Atomik template.

Just to let you know, I did another new/clean install of 9.1.3 with the full atomik option.

I used elemental cloner again, and the new cloned template works ok. So whatever caused the problem in the first place is mostly likely something to do with the pages and other stuff that. comes when you do a full elemental install.

I will stick with atomik now as some of the containers that are available in the set up are just what I want.

Thanks for your help ............. perhaps you could think of an "atomik cloner"

Thank you for letting me know.
Really what the cloner does is take the files present in the core, modify them according to your settings and package them. So if it works in the core it will work after being cloned as it's the same code.

So yes something weird took place elsewhere.

I am actually building an Atomik cloner but it's really a different beast so I'm nowhere near finished :)
