This package installs a nav_target Page Attribute. Apply this attribute to a page and select desired link target. When that page displays in a Page List or Auto Nav, it will link in a new window.
Core blocks such as Autonav and Page List look for a nav_target page attribute, to add a target for navigation links. This package installs a select attribute used to set the navigation target for linking to a page.
Use of the nav_target attribute is not universal. Targets for in-content links are managed by the link dialogue of the rich text editor. Links in 3rd party packages, including auto navs and page lists, may not utilize this functionality. At the time of writing, the Atomik header navigation block does not respect the nav_target attribute.
