Force just one page?

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I have installed an SSL certificate on my domain, successfully as has been verified by my hosting company. I have one page here -http://rlcisraelalive.com/register1/new-form... - that I've added this Force SSL attribute to, but it's NOT going to https:// mode.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

:)
