Real EXCEL Export

We have always discussions on how to get the submittet form values to a proper export.
Most person in offices do use Excel. But the dirty-format gives error messages on opening. So we suggest to include phpspreadsheet for exporting a proper file.

Perhaps you can have a look at that at some point.
This would help a lot with problems on exporting (foreign characters etc).
