Submission notification emails are not reaching the intended recipients.

Permalink Browser Info Environment
My client reported everything was working fine, with his online Employment Form and then notifications of submissions stopped going out to the registered recipients. In looking into this, my server techs said they had to disable PHP mailers and only allow the SMTP method. I found instructions to make these modifications but I have not been successful in getting it to work. Is there something embedded in Formidable that needs to change to allow this to work?

Formidable uses the default mailprotocol set in Concrete. So if SMTP should work....
Check in the logs if the mail is send, if so, you are sure that C5 handles the mail... If the logs show any errors, you should be able to debug.
