uploaded file linked with links included on the email received by the admin and the sender

Hello my friend
when I create a form, as an admin I get an email with all the fields included on the form, I also have a spot where users can upload some files, such as images or word documents, but when I get the email, I only get a notification 4 files uploaded, but there are no links to the files, for some reason I thought that the files attached by the user get listed and linked is that correct?
Is not doing that on my version, which I happen to notice is not the latest either i bought the plugin last year in June, but is not reporting an update available on my dashboard, nuestrafamilia.org
could you advice?
