Use Page Title Attribute for Subject Email

I am wondering if there is a way to automatically get the current page title and use that for the subject when sending the form submission email.
I would like to be able to just use one form globally across the site, so it would be necessary to have the form automatically get the current page title, and use that in the email subject.
How can that be done?
