Version 2.1 sends email twice?

We update a site from formidable lite to the newest formidable full version 2.1
If an e-mail is sent, the submission is sent twice. And lands double in the mailbox. Is this a known issue or could this happen from the update (lite to full).

Thanks for your reply. I have to examine this further. Hoping to find a solution.
We found the issue for this…
After migrating from Lite to Full we forgot to change the block override in /application/formidable/view.php > This needed an update due to changes in version 2. Javascript isn't needed anymore in the view.php inline.
Perhaps this helps somebody else.
