File Upload not working, says "The page could not be found." ???Browser Info Environment
The form basically doesn't work at all. And when I upload an image, the message "The page could not be found." comes under the File Input field. Can you help please?
Sorry, but I can't seem to check or help out.
When I try to visit the site I get a 504 Gateway Timeout.
Seems formidable results in a "page not found"-error. In your case "Die Seite konnte nicht gefunden werden.". If I use the URL where the form is post too, it also returns a 404.
It looks like the page is redirected or block some how.
Could you try the following:
1. disable caching (all)
2. clear cache
3. try a simple form (a single textfield)
4. disable rewrite urls (disable htaccess)
See if this helps.
I've tested this, but it seems to be working fine.
Could I get access to your installation?!
At least guest, but C5 and FTP would be nice...
Unfortunately, I cannot provide any access data or links for this project. However, I understand that this is important for you to find the cause.
I have already checked the .htaccess file, it is not related to that. We only use the ConcreteCMS default rules, hosted on an Apache server.
The form is placed on our home page. So that it still works due to the problem described, I have renamed the URL of the start page from domain.tld to domain.tld/en.
It is a multilingual website.
It is a multi-domain website.
We have enabled "only canonical rendering of URLs" in the CMS settings.
We use captcha validation, text fields, checkbox fields, email field and radio fields.
I will provide additional information if I find anything helpful.
We also use Formidable for another customer.
Therehttp://domain.tld/submit works and does not throw a 404 error.
I haven't tested it, but the form on the start page would probably work there.
I wonder why domainA.tld/submit doesn't work but domainB.tld/submit does.
What is the difference?
DomainB is monolingual and not a multi-domain site.
So to summarize it:
domainA.tld/submit = 404 error
domainB.tld/submit = works
- 1 Language
domainC.tld/submit = 404 error
So basically I assume the problem is the multi-language routing?
Haven't tested it though.
Could you check if the canonical has anything to do with it?!
