Form with Upload Field Hangs on Submission

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello, I just created a form with an upload file option and it works, however it never properly redirects the person filling out the form to the successful submission message. It just hangs with the loading dots next to the submit button. The file was uploaded to the designated folder and sent successfully with the file attached to the recipient. So the form works, but it won't redirect to the success message. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply. Been on holiday for the last 3 weeks :)

Is there a way I can test this?
I think there is a javascript error based on your explaination. In order to fix I need to see the issue for myself.

Please let me know.
