Hi,
If you mean the bold of the label for a form that is in some themes controlled by the css of the theme your web site uses. For example in the clone of the elemental theme that bold in the form label is controlled by the theme css in bootstrap-modified.css
Use the inspect element in your web browser to see what css is controlling the label you want to change.
