The product is a cost-effective solution for adding rich user features to the site. It does exactly what is says it will and the only issues I have had extend from outside the scope of this project.

The support Jeramy provided was expert and comprehensive, offering response times so fast that I will not mention details as they are essentially superhero in nature.

9am until midnight and back at it at 7am the next day, I am so appreciative of your efforts; basically you have ensured a quick turnaround for the development of this project and I am in your debt for it....

There is nothing quite like having the perfect add on that does exactly what you want it to do that is written by someone who goes above and beyond for supporting it. Not really being much of a programmer, I had some minor issues installing and configuring Gallery Box and Jeramy was right there to help fix the issues and get me up and running. I asked enough questions that I felt like I was being a pain to him, but each time he happily helped me and now things are great!

When you buy Gallery Box, not only are you getting a great add on, but you will get incredible support if you need it. And there is nothing else like this in the Marketplace - I've been looking for something like this for quite a while.
