Fatal Error

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We have used Gallery ES in my customers site and it does not work anymore. We can not add or remove images. When I try to open this add-on in dashboard, it gives this: Call to a member function getFileID() on a non-object. I have also tried to update add-on. Have you any idea how to solve this?

Hello there,

I will look at this as soon as possible. You are using the latest version of GalleryES but since Concrete5.7.3 just came out maybe something changed. I will look at it and come back to you soon, thank you!

oops, i mean 5.7.5 was just released, but you are using 5.7.3.

Can you give me a little more details on the error you are receiving? Heres some questions:

What page is giving you the error? is there any way you can copy/paste the exact fatal error message or send an image? If you are only getting generic error you can temporarily turn on detailed error reporting in Dashboard > System & Settings > Debug Settings .. then turn on "Show the debug error output".http://localhost/index.php/dashboard/system/environment/debug...

Do you have the option "Resize images on upload" checked in the options?(I see an issue with this one already, i will fix soon)

Hi

Here is the code I find in Dashboard > System & Settings > Debug Settings
I enclose also two screenshots.

Hi there, if at all possible, is the website your currently working on accessible to the public? If so, would you mind giving me a username to your website so i can check out the backend. I am having trouble pin pointing the problem on my end. I'm wondering if there is a corrupt image or something that got uploaded.

Did the install work before and then suddenly stop working? Or has it always not worked?

Thanks again.

Hi

The install has worked before. I should be very happy if you could check out the backend. In which e-mail you´d like to have username and password?

Regards

I have logged on to your site and identified the problem, I pushed an update and went ahead and updated it for you on your site. All is well now!

PS. Sorry it took so long, usually it doesn't take so long but this week has been a bit crazy. Thanks for your patience!
