Add the Gradient block to any area of your page in edit mode and all the content of that area will be displayed on top of a gradient using the colors you selected when the page is saved or published. Use in combination with your theme's Area Custom CSS Classes or ConcreteCMS's built-in 'Edit Area Design' feature to add padding, border colors, border radiuses to easily create clean and well-designed areas with a gradient background of your choice.
The Gradient block edit dialog offers the option of selecting from the color picker's stock colors or the ability to input specific RGB color values. The selected colors can also have an Alpha value (transparency) making it possible to have the background of the page show through your semi-transparent area gradient. This block offers gradient options of top to bottom, left to right, diagonal, and radial.
Areas with the Gradient block work on top of parent areas with their own Gradient block.
