Hello,
You should use image title/description attribute (File Manager: Properties). When you upload an image, concrete5 use image name as title as a default title attribute.

Thank you so much for your urgent reply. Another issue is, I want to use the gallery for several events and each event will have the tag name, can I put all the pictures in one set and display them in one gallery and sort them by tags when viewing? please advice how can I make it better view by sorting events.

Yes, you can categorize images by tag, or create multiple gallery.
for tags again you should define at file properties. and at the Grid Gallery dashboard, select tags you want to use as filter.

...or thank you, so when I separate by tags, the Tabs will appear as shown here on the attached screenshot, right? And I will be able to click the tab and display the images under that tag.

As default Grid Gallery load only 15 images, if you want more you can increase that at "Grid" tab.
