Hi,
Did you purchase the new version or the version from the old 5.6? Could you provide me with your order numbers and purchase date, so I can check?

yes It's an old version from 5.6 It was purchased a long time ago in 2017 and it was working fine. This unexpected problem appeared weeks ago and requested an update, but when I try to update it gives me Give me 'Update Add-Ons
No updates for your add-ons are available.

I see. It's a completely different marketplace and all. For making it works, you need to purchase the new version and override it.
If you are not planning to use the add-on anymore, I think you can uninstall it manually. You should be able to find a guide on this by looking at the general forum.
