I had an issue with this add on when I installed it, and got hands-on support immediately when I created a help ticket. Once up and running, the add on was easy to use and worked as described. However, it turned out it didn't do exactly what I wanted... given their responsiveness to the previous issue, I created another ticket, and got another quick and helpful response.
