Install and go!

Creates a single page in the root of your site called sfmailer_optout which is where the opt-out link inserted at the end of each email directs to.

Creates a Surefyre Design entry in the left hand dashboard navigation and a Mailer subtab within that which is where you can send emails from.

You can reinstate opted-out users.
