Adding a Captcha to sign up form

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I'm developing a site for a client and have installed your mailing list plugin on our dev site which works great (license will be assigned when it goes live). The only things the client has asked for which seem to be missing from the add-on is to have a captcha field in the sign up form and also to set an email address notification to send to, whenever someone subscribes to a list. Are either of these possible to configure within the plugin? If not, what would be the cost of custom development to add these functions to it?

Your help will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
