MailChimp Template

Hi

I've just added this to my system, and can't wait to use it as it will seriously make my life easier. I've been using MailChimp previously and loved the ease of the templates. I have a template that I was using, and would love to use it here. Has anyone done this, and any hints. I'm fairly ok with making minor changes to html, but am not sure where to start with this, in terms of header, footer and the mail chimp template. The code from the template is below for reference.
