Hi
Due to european law I need to send an activation mail to the user including a link.
In the newsletters must be a link to unsubscribe.
Are their functions for that in this package?

yes, both of those features are supported by the package! The email activation feature may be turned off by default, but there is a switch for you to turn that on.

when you edit mailing list subscription block, click the checkbox that says: "Require email validation check for unregistered users"
