Spacing on the left oft the 2nd level (1st submenu)

After installing (default) the submenu has no space on the left side. So the background of the headlines on the submenu (2nd level entries) begin right at the first pixel of the submenu. The screenshots in your presentation have spacing/padding at the left and the right side.
How can I controll the spacing/padding?

The effect described only appeares in "edit-mode", so never mind.

Hi

Edit mode injects its own css so it could have different effects on the viewport when on this mode. Also, feel free to contact us through add-on support.
