Out of the box the add-on does not support multiple languages on the subsites, you would need to do some level of customization.
But if we create multiple domains per language articles is this possible?
Example:
/ - english
/fr - french
/fr/contact - french contact form
Am I right? If yes, this is acceptable for Us.

Yes, language specific domains are possible.
But multiple sites + multiple languages is not supported out of the box.
So, your options are:
Option 1:
- yourdomain.com
- yourdomain.es (same site, Spanish)
- yourdomain.fr (same site, French)
- etc.
Option 2:
- firstdomain.com (English)
- seconddomain.com (English)
- thirddomain.com (English)
- etc.

But we want something likehttp://www.dynagroup.nl/nl/
You can saw how our sites works. This is possible with this addon?

If you want multiple domains, each with multiple languages of their own, this is not currently possible with this add-on. This structure is perfectly possible to make under each site but it is not supported by concrete5's internal language functionality.
It is possible to do with a combination of this add-on and some custom code where you manually set the language specific stuff for each domain but it is not supported by this add-on out of the box.
