Latest update appears to break Page Properties add on

Hi,
just out of courtesy I just thought you should know that Page Properties has appeared to break on the latest 5.6.3.3 update. I know it is quite old now but thought I should inform you unless there is a fix I can do to solve the issue.
I used it on some old but current sites and luckily tested it on my developer copy.
Error message:

Thank you for the update. There do appear to be issues with the page properties add-on in 5.6.3.3. We are removing this item from the 5.6.3.3 marketplace. With some tweaks it could perhaps work in 5.6.3.3 but there were other issues beyond just the posted bug.
