Blog posts pages do not automatically work, they require development to work, & app doesn't work at all

I purchased & installed the ProBlog addon to my Concrete5 website and also purchased the ProBlog app for my iPhone so that I could post to my blog from my phone while on the go.
Unfortunately the blog addon doesn't appear to work out-of-the-box, but requires development, which I was hoping to avoid, since I just spent money purchasing this addon. I thought that an addon that costs this much money would be able to work as soon as it was installed.
The only reason that I purchased this addon for my website was because I saw that it had an iPhone app so that blog posts could be made from my phone, since I'm on the go a lot. So, not only did I purchase the $40 addon, but I also purchased the $2 app, neither of which work.
The app appears to be workable, but the several times that I have tried to post a test blog post, it just keeps spinning and spinning and never actually posts. After hours of spinning, I eventually just close out to the app. There is also no way of putting images in the blog post content, which is very pointless.
I have sent several messages to the app developer and have also requested a refund for both, but I have yet to get any real help (only a message saying that a developer would have to do work on my site's pages before the addon would work), and have not gotten any money refunded to me.
I do not recommend this addon or app to anyone until they are updated to actually be fully functional.

The mobile app - have you set the mobile app page in your ProBlog settings area?
All of the issues you are having are theme/layout issues, which are not at all addon specific. It seems to me that you are upset because I am not setting this up for you? I am more than happy to do that for you at our hourly rate, $120.

The product is not actually in use on a live website. This is a dev location that is blocked from search engines and has not been shared with the public. The blog posts that are in there were for testing purposes. http://newsite.ccbycm.com/blog

I can see my existing text posts that I made on the website in the app, but I cannot post anything. It just gets stuck loading, not to mention there is no way to add images to the blog content, which defeats the purpose of even posting from my mobile phone, since I want to be able to add images to my posts.
My phone is up-to-date with the operating system and so is all of my apps, so it can't be related to out-dated systems on my end.

Hi, I asked for a refund for this quite a long time ago because your plugin never worked properly and I was never able to get it to work on the website. I found another plugin that actually worked to use instead, so your plugin has never been in use on a live website, since I had problems with it right off the bat during site development.
