Create Blog Post button not working

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I've discovered that the "Create Blog Post" button in the C5 toolbar does not work if the site is using a SSL, if you click on the button nothing happens, no error, nothing indicating that something is wrong. However I can still create a post by going through the Dashboard and add post through there, just not with the C5 toolbar button.

If I set the base url to http rather than https, the button works but once I switch it back it no longer works. The reason I discovered this is because the community registration link to the project in my C5 account does not match the original which is the http therefore not allowing me to update the add-ons or C5, on occasion I switch the base url to http in order to make any updates to the add-ons, but as the site is now taking payments it must be using the https as the base url.

Is there a way to fix this issue, to make the button in the C5 toolbar work with the https?
