Does not tisplay in tabs format when not logged in

Try going to system settings and finding the clear cache link. That should solve it for you. If not. Post a oink to your site.
Thanks Michael for your reply. I have tried clearing the cache multiple times, but to no avail. I can`t post a link as the policy of the group I am working for mandates that the site be kept locally until complete. Are there theme specific settings involved in Quick Tabs, because it does appear to work in some themes but not in the one being developed for this site.

The javascript used for the tabs is independent of any requirements. It requires jQuery, which is loaded automatically with any concrete5 site unless you specified it not. Maybe double check that jQuery gets loaded when you're not in the editor.
