form view is out of balance

Permalink Browser Info Environment
i recently changed themes (HeyDesigner). initially, the regPro blocks looked fine on the pages they are on. but today i noticed a problem in the way the registration page is looking (the sign in page looks fine). i don't remember the registration page looking out of balance before. anyway, hoping there is an easy solution to getting the registration page to look right on the page? thanks in advance for any support. (screens shot attached).
