Sign up by approve manually

I have selected approve manually in the sign up tab. People can sign up and they get an email saying they will have to be approved. But I can't find a way to approve them. When some one tries to log on they get an message "This user is inactive. Please contact us regarding this account."
Please help me with this.

This makes perfect sense JZ but in my Dashboard I don't have "Users". I have "search users" and "add users," but neither of these areas have has a "profile" and "approve" button to click. I'm running concrete 5.6.2.1

Hi Paul,
Just go to Search Users and click on the profile link in their you should find the button to approve that specific user.

I realized that though I'm an administrator only the super admin sees the approve button and such. I have access to approving registrations now.

You would have to approve them via the Dashboard > Users and click on their profile and approve button. Does that help?
