Slow processing.

I love the add on, but the pageload after submitting the form is unbearably slow and renders the addon virtually unusable. The C5 default login and registration work instantly. The Login Block, Login Popup Block, and login functionality in Mega Menu also work instantly, but they don't achieve what your block provides. Any thoughts on the slow load time?

Sorry but I just read your 2nd message. The 1st one went to my spam folder and wasn't able to notice asap. Also we are usually off on weekends so we can't respond to tickets sent on Friday night 'til Monday morning.
May I know the url where this block is installed so I can take a closer look?

I appreciate your response. I came up with a less than ideal work around, so I would certainly love it if we can get this working.

I've also noticed that the add on appears to block the login functionality that is at the top of the page.

Have you tried using a default theme? It looks like there is an animation delay in there. Can you try a Plain Yogurt Theme and see if the load time has changed? I'm guessing there is a script causing this in your theme.

I just noticed how many support inquiries actually appear unanswered for this add on, though I see you replied to some long standing threads just today.
Not to be a pest, but I'm wondering how you prioritize your responses and when I might get some support on this?
I would love to use this add on, but the urgency of my project may warrant me simply requesting a refund and looking for an alternate solution.
