A mobile-friendly and responsive expanding search bar.
Simply add Concrete5 default "Search" block and choose Custom Template. Then choose Expanding Search. It will add a search block which is responsive, expanded to right when clicked on search icon & collapsed when leave.

It has 2 templates, one with result and another without result.
