You need an API key from Sms77 for sending messages. Register now and receive some free credits!
Features:
Extend ConcreteCMS with the ability to bulk communicate with your users via SMS or text-to-speech calls.
SMS options:
- Enable debug (sandboxed mode)
- Send as flash displayed directly in the receivers display
- Set foreign ID returned in callbacks
- Set caller ID - max 11 alphanumeric or 11 numeric characters
- Set custom label for arbitrary usage
- Disable reload lock to send duplicates
- Enable performance tracking for found links
Voice options:
- Set caller ID - must be a verified number or a Sms77 shared number
- Enable XML if message contains XML markup
- Enable debug (sandboxed mode)
Bulk messaging filters:
Limit to groups:
Restricts sending to users in this particular group. Defaults to all groups.
Character limit:
The mssage length is limited to 1520 characters for SMS and 10000 characters for voice messages.
Troubleshooting:
No recipients found:
This message means that with the given combination of filters, no phone numbers have been found to send a message to. Try again with more loose filters and make sure your users have supplied a phone number.
Example:
After installing the add-on, navigate to Sms77 and enter your API key. Upon saving the form, go to Sms77->Bulk SMS. Enter your message in the Text field and press Send. Your users will receive the given text shorty afterwards.
