The tagcloud has the ability to link the tags. The only thing you have to do is to edit the "edit.php" file and delete the "/*" and the "<?php" in line 37 and "*/" in line 43, so you uncommnet those lines.

You have to edit the "tagcloud" block and check the "Link to Search Results page", select the page where you want to redirect to(search page).

And finally you can have the linking tags. =D

I know you said there is no linkage include but I can't figure how can someone use a cloud if there is not link on the tags. Is it not the purpose of a cloud?
