Switch default View to thumbnail

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Love this add-on but I want the default view to be the thumbnail instead of list view. How do I do this?

To do so, copy the template to your page list blocks template folder and rename it.
Now switch the toggle functionality in view.js and the default output in view.php

That should work...

It's on the features list for the next version.

Hi Ron

I've new to concrete5, and I'm also like this template very much.

I've red your suggestion on how to change the default view. but I really don't know how to edit the code.

Would you please elaborate more?

Thanks.

This was really helpful, because I didn't understand how to make it work either.

I still can't make the 'grid' view the default though.

I have tried changing the switch.gif file but it doesn't override it - do I need to change it anywhere else? Or could you provide an optional one please for use on light backgrounds?

if it doesnt change instantly after replacing clear your cache in any ways. theres some css stuff thats needs to get trimmed if your gif has other width and height than the original.
