Help

Timetable in your Dashboard
Go to Concrete 5 Full Dashboard. Check the Timetable section in the Dashboard. Click on "Timetables" within the Timetable section of the Dashboard to see the created timetables.

Create a timetable
First you need some areas. Go the "Areas" page of the Timetable addon. You create new, you can't go wrong here. In case of Areas you are able to add a background color and logo's. Both will show up at the frontend. Just play with it, find out what it does. If you have groups and areas you are able to create your first timetable.
Go back to the Dashboard and click on "Timetables". Then click on the "Add new"-button.
The new page shows you the properties of this timetable. When adding a new Timetable, some fields are filled by default. Just walk through the form and select or fill where needed. The timeslot in the timetable define the available timeslots when adding a event to the timetable. So when your event starts at 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM the availabe slots will be within this range. Is a kind of opening hours kind of thing...
If you are done, check your input and click on "Save" on the bottom of the page. Your timetable is created! Now it's time to setup events and timeslots.

Adding events
Go to the tab "Events" in the timetable properties. Clicking on "Create new event" opens a dialog that allows you to add/edit an event. Each event has properties but can have multiple timeslots in your timetable. It can't go wrong. Adding content to the clicking event will open a dialog in the frontend. Linking to a page will redirect you to that page. The background-color will add a color to your event in the timetable. Note: you can have only 1 event in a single room at a certain time.

Duplicating timetables
Duplicates the full timetable including events.

Deleting events and timetables
Just do it....You know what happens...

Templates

There are 2 templates. First is the default, a vertical timetable. The second is a horizontal one.
