Hi Nour,
I am finding after a period of time that the gallery thumbnail images are disappearing within their bordered blocks. So the bordered blocks are present but the images have disappeared. To resolve this I have to manually empty the cache. What is the recommended cache settings?

Hi Nour,
it appears looking at the chrome inspector that the links to the thumbnails were broken. So what is displayed is the bordered boxes but a blank area inside. To fix this I empty the cache in the dashboard.
I am now currently trying to run the site with Block Cache and Full Page Caching off to see what happens.
The site ishttp://www.castle-inn.info
there are galleries on quite a few of the pages. (Rooms, Dining, Gallery etc..)
I am monitoring it over the next few days to see if it happens again. It has been doing it for a few weeks now and I was hoping to solve it by trying different cache settings.
If it occurs again I will take some grabs and check the errors in the inspector.

It's been a while, I hope you've been well.
Concerning Touch Gallery, it's the first time I hear of anything like this.
The default cache settings work pretty well but any settings should work as cache is managed by C5 and not Touch Gallery.
Could you tell me more?
1- What cache settings do you have?
2- What happens when the images disappear? Is there the missing image icon or just nothing?
3- what is the url for the image? is it still the url from the cache?
