choose few images without using sets - suggestion

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hello,

i'm using your wonderful addon for my galleries. i want to use it for images in my blog, too. there i need most of the times only one to max three images to enlarge when clicked on it. in this case it would be nice to be able to chose images directly, not the set. it would slim down the workflow quite a lot.

Hello.

Thank you for the compliment about the gallery.

I understand that feature is present in other galleries (although not all)but I have designed Touch Gallery as a simple system with reasonable flexibility.

So far, in almost 6 years, I have been asked for the possibility to use single images only twice including you so it is not really something I am looking to implement.

I know from a user point of view it seems simple enough but for me, it would represent several hours of work for something that is not really in demand.

What is more, sets actually simplify the workflow as soon as you want to add to or remove from the gallery. With single images you will have to put the whole page in edit mode, then the gallery. With sets, you just add or remove to the set and you're done.

On the other hand, I am happy to implement small enhancements when they make sense, even with little demand.

I hope you understand.

Cheers
Nour
