That is really strange and I don't actually have any trace of that transaction in my records. The only user that bought Touch Gallery on July 30 goes by the name "enbit". Unless this is you and you have more than 1 account, I really have no idea what happened.
As you may have noticed, the payment you made was to the Concrete5 corporation, not to me directly. As a seller, I have no control whatsoever over on transactions. I only see them appear in my account but that's all. And again your is not here.
So here is what I think you should do. We should both contact Franz, CEO of the C5 corporation and tell him about the problem. You'll explain that you don't have the add-on in your account and I'll explain that I don't have any trace of that transaction.
