I have bought a licence touch gallery and it cost me $15, where is it. How do i install it, I would have thought it would install it self on my site. I would like some help with this other wise whats the point of buying. im so glad i paid with paypal.

To install it you have 2 options: manually or automatically.
To install it automatically you have to create a project by linking your website to your account here and then assigning the license yu just bought to that project. You will then be able to install the add-on from your site.

You can also access the list of all your licenses here:

You will see a download link next to the add-on. You can also use that link to simply download the add-on and install it manually without linking your site to your account.
Still, it is better to use the automatic method as it will allow you to get updates right from your website later on. The manual way is mostly preferred for temporary development website that will move elsewhere later on.
Finally, once you linked your website to your account, you can see a list of your projects and the licenses attached to each here:
