Great Job! Does what Tumblr should do itself but doesn't.

Facebook and Twitter both offer a simple <iframe> way to embed a feed into a separate website. Tumblr does not. But with this *FREE* plug-in you can pull Text & Photos from a Blog and embed them into your site.

I was having a problem with the installation "out-of-the-box" but the creator was generous enough to respond to my inquiries and came up with a few CSS tweaks to get the Add-On to do just what I needed. Did I mention this is FREE!?! Big kudos for that kind of help for a newbie.

If you're looking to emulate the trend of narrow social media feeds as an add-on into your site and you or your client wants to incorporate their Tumblr feed then this is a great way to go. See my Forum question if you need help tweaking your CSS to get the content to fix a narrow box.

THANKS AGAIN to the creator!

Thanks for your kind words. I'm glad we got everything exactly as you want them. I do leave a lot of the styling up to the end user by modifying the CSS but this example showed how a few lines of CSS can completely rework this add-on. Enjoy!

Was looking to streamline so many platforms into my website and this was just the thing I needed for Tumblr. Could use a couple updates but I like it.

I needed a plugin to get posts from tumblr. Since the RSS displayer didn't fetch the pictures and spat out unformatted text, I was kind of worried that it would be a lot of work to have this function.

Then I found this add-on,without any reviews, so I was still a bit concerned. Until I installed it!

It does everything you need (assuming you don't have a lot of audio or video posts), has exactly the right amount of settings (you can customize it just enough, without being overwhelmed by the options), and it can be easily customized further through css.

Even an end-user can use this block without any php, html or css knowledge and it will fit into their theme's design. (Maybe the 2% padding will be odd, but that's just a small positioning issue).

So overall I'm extremely satisfied with this plugin, especially considering it's free.

Keep up the good work!
