Current Version
Good for simple pages with single videos, but not good for complex pages or IE
We have been using this addon for years. In general, it works as expected if you are sure that you upload all of the files and manually set maximum dimensions (more than 0) because some browsers can't handle the default maximum dimension of 0.
However, there are major problems if you try to put several blocks on one page or if you need to support Internet Explorer.
Support for our issues has been nonexistent, or else I would consider giving this addon a higher rating.

Well done
Really well done and feature packed without being complicated. I particularly like the ability to set a poster image.
Totally Awesome
Easy integration and styling, great addon, thanks Pixelhandler!
Awesome
This video player solved a logistical problem for us on a dev project. For some clients, this may more complicated than neccessary, since it requires you to load:
1. The image poster
2. The ogv version
3. The .mp4 version
4. The .webm version
of each video you want to share. No getting around it. But if your client is savvy enough and/or cares enough about backward-and-forward compatibility for video content, this add-on beats out everything else so far.
One small complaint, which isn't really the developer's fault: there is a link in the Add/Edit block popup that links to diveintohtml5.org. That site has moved to diveintohtml5.info, so you may wish to adjust or remove that link.
5 stars for usability, compatibility (plays the .mp4 file in IE8), and execution. Excellent product.
