Is this a screenshot from this "dika" account? I am asking because I want to rule out the possibility of this pointing out to the old version from the old marketplace, which is not available anymore.

When the main concreteCMS site was split into sub sites, the way marketplace integration worked changed. Hence older cores cannot connect to the marketplace without first updating the core to 8.5.12. If you decide to upgrade, backup first and you will likely need to do that manually.

If the addon license is assigned to a project, you won't see the download link from your purchase list.

To do a manual install, you first need to release the license from the project. Then you will be able to download from your list athttps://marketplace.concretecms.com/profile/orders/... and do a manual install.

If that doesn't enable you to download a zip, only Franz can help.
