Website not working on mobile

Hiya,

I'm finding on mobile the navigation side bar does not show making the site unusable. This persists even when requesting desk top site via mobile. Is there something I can do about this?

I should also specify that no menu shows above the title, like it does on agora.tallacman.com when viewed on mobile. So I'm not sure if there is something I need to enable etc to resolve this that I am missing.
