here the error message when I want to update anitya:

Can you place the package manually on this folder and try again ?

I think you should see with Azure to teach you how you have to code you product....
I'm really sorry, it is not that a provide a bad support, cause 99% of client are satidfied of the support, it's about some thread like this that is missed from the list of thing to follow. I would really help you.
But your issue seems really strange. Anitya work on hundred of server without ANY problem. On your installation you meet a issue and you can't write me any details on the error.
I don't know who is Azure and who to contact.

Got "Access is denied" error for installing Anitya theme on Concrete5 site.
There is bug in Anitya theme code, file path format does not work on Windows and Azure environment.
- Create a file “normalizepath.php” under “wwwroot/updates/concrete220.127.116.11_remote_updater/concrete/src/Package”.
- Included and use normalizepath function to correct path format. Installation is successful.
